What is PHEE?
PHEE is a Sectoral Group of the Engineering Professors Council (EPC). Its aim is to act as a forum for the exchange and dissemination of information, activities, and concerns of, and to promote issues of interest to, academic leaders (including professors and heads) in departments of Electrical* Engineering in universities in the UK.
PHEE works with universities, industry and the professional bodies to promote and support the development of teaching, research and the profession.
Activities of PHEE are championed by the PHEE Committee.
*The term Electrical subsumes Electronic, Computing and Communication and related disciplines.
2011 Conference
The PHEE Annual Conference, held in collaboration with PHOMME (Professors and Heads of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering), was held on Wednesday 12th January 2011 at the IET, Savoy Place, London.
